Everybody knows how frustrating it is to look for something and not be able to find it. Thanks to Beryl Hiller the kitchen is well on its way to being a model of efficiency. Beryl has a great talent for organization and seeing how items can be stored together. In the last few few days Beryl has brought her talents to the kitchen, analyzing its contents including the decorative papergoods, and logically arranging equipment and paper goods.
All of Shomrei’s kitchen volunteers thank you Beryl! Preparing meals for MESH, planning kiddushes, and cooking for special events will be much easier if everything is in its place.

Aileen Grossberg, a professional librarian, is a long-time congregant and serves as volunteer librarian for Shomrei's Lampert Library. The library, one of the best-kept secrets at Shomrei is used by the Rabbi, congregants, students and teachers of the JLC (Hebrew School) and Preschool. It's a tremendous resource completely supported by your donations and gifts. Aileen also heads the Shomrei Caterers, the in-house food preparation group. Can there be any better combination…good food and good books!
