I am excited to invite you to come see my photos of Israel which are currently on display at Shomrei Emunah Synagogue. (map)
I have been photographing architecture and interiors for the past 10 years with a focus on hotels, luxury new developments and interior design projects in and around New York City.
My passion for photographing spaces stems from my love for creating a beautiful and organized home. In my photography, I express this through symmetry, balance and natural light.
Israel will always be a place I call home. I was born in Jerusalem, and while I was raised in New York I spent every summer in Israel which is where my best childhood memories were made.
This series is an extension of a desire to tell my story of Israel, my home, and me.
I am so thankful to my parents, Yemima and Yosef Dotan, who joined me on this emotional and breathtaking journey and helped me create these photographs.
I hope these photos evoke the beauty and serenity that I felt while creating them!
