Archaeologists have been excavating an ancient mound of stones in the Middle East, similar to the kind of monument that the Bible says was set up to confirm the non-aggression agreement between Jacob and Lavan (Lavan means “white” in Hebrew). They have fortuitously stumbled upon a phone that may well have been Lavan’s. Preliminary investigation indicates that the phone has substantially preserved  a number of tweets. The tweets, if they are being read correctly, offer uncanny corroboration for much of the Biblical account of the final encounter between Lavan and his son-in-law, Jacob, who was trying to flee from Lavan and return home with his family and flocks of sheep. Subject to further study and deciphering, here is a preliminary report of the tweets of Lavan the Aramean, with the possible parallels in the Torah:
