It was another successful night at the MESH cafe. Twenty guests were grateful to be in from the cold to enjoy a warm and nourishing meal cooked up by Master Chef Sarita Eisenberg and her crack team of sous chefs, Sarah and Charles Steindel and Susan Rosenblatt.
The menu featured barbecued chicken, roasted potato salad, roasted broccoli and carrots, bread, fruit salad, and brownies. The guests were also treated to Linda Ariel’s legendary lentil soup. Lou Hammerman manned the sink, hand washing pots and pans with style and panache.
The meal was graciously served by super teen Sarah and by MSU interns Siobhan and Rebecca. MESH staff Adrienne, Joe, and Joe provided additional support. All in all, it was a top-flight performance from another team of the Shomrei MESH all-stars.
