I’m an extremist in many ways. I ski too fast (ripped my medial cruciate ligament in my knee a few weeks ago to show for it). I am vegan, or about 98% or so. Like so many of us, I believe that if a little of something is good, more of it, or more intense, or to the max, is better.

Yoga for the Jewish Spirit

yoga_masthead5Our Shabbat Yoga practice is an ideal way to pause in our often hectic lives to rest and re-center ourselves. By slowing down, we become open to experiencing our body, mind and soul as one.

All levels are welcome. No previous yoga experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Elisa Spungen Bildner, a registered yoga instructor certified by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, will lead our yoga sessions.
