Lily is the Shaliach Tzibbur (a term for Jewish prayer leaders literally translated as “messenger of the community”) serving on the clergy team at Shomrei. She serves as B'nai-Mitzvah teacher and coordinator, prayer and song leader for all ages, religious school t'filah (prayer) teacher, and works closely with both the rabbi and the education director on synagogue programming, Shabbat, holidays, and education.Lily previously worked at Congregation Beth Shalom in Clearwater, Florida, prior to moving to New Jersey with her family.
