Yoga for the Jewish Spirit

yoga_masthead5Our Shabbat Yoga practice is an ideal way to pause in our often hectic lives to rest and re-center ourselves. By slowing down, we become open to experiencing our body, mind and soul as one.

All levels are welcome. No previous yoga experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Elisa Spungen Bildner, a registered yoga instructor certified by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, will lead our yoga sessions.
